How many bags per minute does the XT-BZ200 make?

10–20 bags/min. Free-flowing granules like coffee beans or rice run near the top of the range; light, bulky products like chips run slower. Tell us your product and target bag weight and we will give you a realistic figure.

Can one machine pack different products and bag sizes?

Yes. Bag length is adjusted on the control panel during operation. Changing bag width needs a different bag former, which takes about 10 minutes to swap. Many customers run coffee, nuts and spices on the same machine.

What film do I need?

Any heat-sealable roll film 5–20 cm wide: PET, printed laminate, metallized, aluminum foil, non-woven or filter paper. We can supply a first roll or connect you with a film printer if you want branded bags.

What is the difference between the 200 g, 500 g and 5,000 g versions?

Same frame and controls; the dosing cup, hopper and bag former are sized for the larger portion. Choose by the heaviest bag you plan to run.

Do you test with my product before shipping?

Yes. Send 2–3 kg of your material and a sample bag; we run it, film the test and send you the video and finished bags before the machine ships.

What is the lead time and warranty?

Standard configuration ships in 7–15 days after payment. 12-month warranty on the machine, lifetime technical support by WhatsApp video, spare parts available from stock.
